Oh my lord!!! How friggin adorable!! We have a pit: got her because my boss' dog was a pit (who came to the office with us every day) and I fell madly in love with her before she passed away after a few years from cancer. The utility man poking and provoking your gorgeous girl enraged me! And I agree with your actions to put a lock on your gate out of responsibility. I also understand the fear of a media frenzy should anything happen: its makes things quite unfair... us pitbull owners have to be on absolutely perfect behavior because of this. Between people mindlessly buying into media frenzies and assholes who enjoy provoking dogs, I tend to get a little pessimistic about humanity at times. I posted a few pictures of our "Poopy" (as she's affectionately called, mostly due to her smell) and my daughter, if your interested. I bet they'd have a hell of a time playing together!!
