(Grrrr....I hate you, dancing banana icon. You suck.)

Aherm...I love looking through my old journals, too. I often find things I don't even remember writing. Later, when I use them in my writing, it feels a little like plagiarism :o)
The plagiarism of self. I like it. And hey...what the hell did that dancing 'nana do to you? LOLOLOL

I used to meditate quite often. I need to pick it back up again.

I am hopelessly inspired by things that are brave enough to deviate away from any standard. I love the eclectic and unusual.

Bathing is more than a function...it's an experience.

@RPM: Bathing is more than a function...it's an experience.

Indeed! Indeed!

You're a bath girl, shower girl or both?

I like pachoulis and musks...very potent and, sometimes, headspinning. Do you like them on your men? If so, which ones do you recommend?

Ok...you're going to think me even stranger but...I like baths and showers. There is something very relaxing and soothing about a bath, but at the same time (as it says in my profile), I get skeeved at the notion of sitting in my own dead skin...so after I soak, I have to shower, to rinse off whatever decided to cling back to me whilst lounging. Sorry to be soooo disgusting. But I'm trying to make sure I answer the questions. I like them both...but never a bath without a shower chaser.

Patchouli in particular reminds me of my Uncle Greg...so I've been in love with it since I was a kid. I like musks too, but you're right they are heavy. As for my men, *get this* I don't like cologne. I much prefer the natural scent of a man, perhaps a hint of almond or the remnants of a scented soap...but cologne in general tends to mask. I like to get a feel for the real person hidden beneath.

Does that make any sense?

Do you wear cologne? Why, or why not?

@RPM: never a bath without a shower chaser

I agree. It's showers during the week, baths with shower chasers on lazy weekeend mornings. Great phrasing, b.t.w.

Do you wear cologne? Why, or why not?

I do wear cologne...perhaps because I think that men have so little room for creativity in their grooming...neckties and cologne---that's about it.

When I had more disposable income, I'd wear Joop, Cool Water, Dolce & Gabbana and several others. Now I wear Bath & Body Works's Orange Ginger and Eucalyptus Spearmint.

I've worn almond and scented oils in the past and am thinking about exploring with them again.

I looooooove almond. And it's not so...manufactured. If that makes any sense.

Wow, NYCinephile, I've been showering with Bath & Body Works Eucalyptus Spearmint...

And their cucumber melon body cream is currently my favorite after-shower moisturizer (but Keri bath oil is even better - and also smells nice).

The Body Shop's Satsuma anything makes me happy.
