Yes. I stated the obvious. It was cheap and typical and I went for it like a rat with cheese. Eeesh.

My sister told me about it, I think she even scarred me for life by sending me an image or two...but the word is out.

Young, Daniel Radcliffe has decided to do everything he can to rattle the box that media and fans would like to keep him in as Harry Potter. I can appreciate that. But I don't want to see his naughty bits. At Hogwarts or anywhere else. I have no problem with nudity and creative artistic expression...so why is this a little disturbing for me?

If you are not a little queasy and you're so inclined, you can view the Today snippet. With another Potter flick set to film this summer, I'm wondering a bit about the timing.

At the very least, I hope it's a good play.

I think coz you have seen him growing up in the HP movies. I saw his wand elsewhere... I think it might have been photoshopped.

I remember seeing Equus back in the early 90's - or was it the late 80's? - and it was pretty good IIRC. I've never seen an entire Harry Potter Movie so I've no impression of Radcliffe one way or the other. Thumbed through Rugrat's copy of the first book and enjoyed it (enjoying Lemony Snicket more). I can imagine Radcliffe wants to grow up though. Can't say I blame him. Danny Bonaduce being one example of the cautionary tale here.

But yeah, that montage is a bit - well creepy isn't the word - sappy? A little too earnest? I don't know, naked guys and horses..... I got nuthin'.

Uh.... well, he's closer to my age, but still... he's closer to my brother's age than mine. And it is pretty funky after watching the Potter movies. AND it's funky to see this as a horse person. I would never be caught dead naked around horses. Good way to get something chomped on that you didn't want chomped, or stomped, or sneezed on, or trampled... and horse hair gets EVERYWHERE. Eech.

I watched it and I think I am going to be sick. My son looks EXACTLY like this young man and he too is 17. He has felt a kinship with this actor since the movies started coming out. He wanted to BE a wizard before he realized magic is not real.

and for the horse.. and posing.. what queen was it that had a horse hoisted over her bed? my mind has wondered off and I must retrieve it now....

The play Eqqus scares the living shit out of me anyway. The college I was going to did it...And besides the horrific trauma of seeing my classmates incredibly small penis....The play was so disturbing!!!

I'm sure he's a great actor in it, but like...Just the thought of the play itself is enough to make me NOT want to see it.

That, and it's HARRY POTTER.
