I thank God everyday for two things.

1. A decent shoe budget.
2. Hair gel. Behind that shock of mess is hidden a pony tail that's probably just as out of control.

As yes. I still make that face. Usually at something stupid. I make that face a lot. I see and hear lots of stupid things. A gift? I think not.

I never had overalls but all kids should have them. They are too cute.

and I think I had those shoes. Or, they just look similar to the ones I think I am wearing in my profile pic with my easter outfit.

A friends daughter is staying the week. She's 10. When she got here her hair was so cute and freshly permed. After a week in the pool and at the beach, it pretty much looks like your picture. Lucky her mom is a very good friend or I'd worry about bodily harm. I'd start calling her Penny (the daughter not the mother) but I doubt she'd know what I meant. Let the Good Times roll!

cutie pie. perhaps it's not a face you're making but squinting? dunno. mention it 'cuz I'm wearing the same expression in my childhood outdoor photos; I squint as much in the sun now as I did at age 5.
