Sometimes people say things they don't really mean.
Sometimes they do it to hurt you. Sometimes they do it because they think the truth will hurt more. And sometimes they do it because they are at a loss for anything else.
The hardest reason to accept, is no reason at all. And even that, eventually, has to be accepted.
