Mars (I failed to mention) is at it again.
Have I failed to mention that our old friend Mars retro is back in the saddle? (Actually has been since two weeks before Thanksgiving). It's gonna stay retro until January 30th. It's got a particularly heavy influence on Jan 1 - 3rd. So if you're feeling especially short on patience, high on frustrations and sparse on tolerance...consider Mars. If for the past few days especially, you've been dwelling on matters of the past and trying to reconcile old thoughts and feelings and ties, consider Mars. If there's someone you'd like to randomly call and blast for their insolence, ignorance or general fuckery...consider mars and hold off. Now is as good as any time to hold your temper and just know these "impossible to ignore" feelings are indeed possible to ignore...and they will eventually settle down.
If you're lucky, you might even come out of this retro ready to put some long held angst to bed, once and for all. Mars retros are nasty, but they always seem to provide a chocolate on the pillow after they've gone.
Hang tough, and don your helmets.
