It's funny, I was thinking about you this morning and I forgot to post why in my rambling this morning. The WXPN DJ Michaela Majoun was saying this morning how sometimes things happen for a reason...she always seems to pick up any debris on the road and get a flat tire. So it happened again on Friday, screwing up her dinner plans, so they went to a different restaurant where she ran into none other than Charles Barkley. She had wondered for a couple years how he felt about the group Gnarls Barkley taking off on his name so she finally had the chance to ask him. I'm cracking up just thinking about her going up to him and saying "Can I ask you a musical question?" but anyway she asked and he said he thought it was pretty cool. anyway, not THAT interesting of a story but my initial thoguht was, if I saw Charles Barkley in person I would probaby not be able to NOT call him Globey. Then I was like, am I tripping, was that really his nickname or was it something my sister & I called him, then I remembered asking you and you confirmed it.
