What are you intending for yourself?
Another extension of the belief that thoughts are things:
You are learning that once you intend something,
and it is in your highest and best good,
it will make itself available to you.
If, however, you are still believing in fear or suffering
more than you believe in the highest good,
you will be experiencing more of that.

Next time you have an intention or goal you wish for yourself...ask if your thoughts/actions/behaviors indicate that you believe what you intend can and will happen.
