Some things in childhood are so clear to me. Saturday mornings stand out clearly in the time when it was just Mom, Dad and me. For some reason, the music of that time sticks out in my mind, and stays with me even now. I hear certain songs and I am six years old again, drawing by the stereo while my Dad cuts the lawn and my Mom does laundry. They had the most impressive music collection then, and I thank them now for introducing me to such a broad array of music.
