Oh my gawd, I saw this somewhere a little while ago, I think they were interviewing Ricky Gervais & his writing partner? And they showed this clip. I thought, oh I'll have to look for it on BBC America & my sievelike brain forgot until now. Hilarious and I love me some David Bowie too, he's great in this clip. Thanks for posting it, maybe one of these days I'll remember to look for it.
